Kelvin Chai is a seasoned finance and accounting professional with over 26 years of experience across audit, corporate finance, taxation, treasury, and business transformation. He advises organizations on financial transformation, cost optimization, financial planning and analysis (FP&A), treasury management, regulatory reporting, taxation, and strategic finance.

Prior to assuming senior finance leadership roles, Kelvin spent more than 8 years in public practice with international audit and advisory firms, including Horwath International and BDO Binder. During this time, he led audit, assurance, and advisory engagements for a diverse portfolio of local and multinational clients.

Following his audit career, Kelvin held senior finance positions within multinational companies, where he led finance teams and supported strategic decision-making, operational improvements, business growth initiatives, treasury operations, budgeting, forecasting, and financial control functions across multiple jurisdictions.

Kelvin holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance from the University of Portsmouth. He is a Fellow Member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA) and a Chartered Accountant registered with the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants (ISCA), bringing both technical expertise and commercial insight to help businesses achieve sustainable growth and strong financial governance.
