With the theme “Artificial Intelligence Reshaping the New Landscape of Digital Services Trade,” the conference brought together experts, scholars, and corporate executives from China, Japan, and Thailand to explore the latest trends in digital services trade and AI-driven innovation.
Distinguished speakers included Daisuke Takamura, Deputy Director of the Shanghai Representative Office of the Japan External Trade Organization (JETRO); Zheng Xiaolin, Deputy Director of the Artificial Intelligence Research Institute at Zhejiang University and Deputy Dean of the Zhejiang University Institute of Computer Innovation Technology; and Professor Chantri Polprasert of the Asian Institute of Technology. They delivered keynote presentations providing in-depth analysis on digital services trade, trustworthy AI, and investment opportunities in Southeast Asia, offering authoritative references for enterprises seeking to expand into international markets.
SIG GLOBAL was invited to participate in the “SmartLink Global” session, where Liu Hongpeng, Director of the Asia-Pacific Business Department, delivered a keynote speech titled “Analysis of Chinese Enterprises’ Investment Strategies and Case Studies in Singapore and Southeast Asia.”
Drawing on practical case studies, Liu Hongpeng provided an in-depth analysis of Chinese enterprises’ investment models, regulatory compliance requirements, and operational experiences in Singapore and Southeast Asia, offering actionable guidance for companies.
He emphasized that going global is not just about market expansion; it also requires building internal capabilities and collaborating with external professional service providers to gain systematic support in areas such as policy, compliance, tax planning, and strategic development, thereby ensuring sustainable growth in international markets.
At the launch ceremony of the “Binyang Overseas” Enterprise Go-Global Service Alliance 2.0, Hongxin International was invited as a key partner and completed both the strategic cooperation signing and the official induction, formally becoming a core council member of the alliance.
This signing and induction not only highlight SIG GOBAL’s professional strengths in cross-border investment, regulatory compliance, and supply chain services, but also further consolidate the company’s service network and professional influence in the Asia-Pacific market.
SIG GLOBAL will continue to leverage its expertise in the Asia-Pacific region to help Chinese enterprises seize new opportunities in Southeast Asia’s digital services trade and AI-driven innovation, driving sustainable growth and continuous innovation for Chinese companies in the global digital economy.
