On 6 July, the “Advancing the Development of an Open and Innovative World-Class High-Tech Park” Conference was held in Suzhou Industrial Park (SIP). During the conference, the Several Measures on Accelerating Suzhou Industrial Park’s Development into an Open and Innovative World-Class High-Tech Park were officially released.

The measures outline a series of robust initiatives across areas including open collaboration, innovation-driven development, industrial upgrading and urban governance, providing a clear roadmap and action plan for SIP’s future development.

 

 

Among the key priorities is the continued deepening of practical China–Singapore cooperation and the promotion of international talent exchange and collaboration. The Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) on the Suzhou–Hong Kong–Singapore International Talent Exchange and Cooperation Platform, signed recently by SIG GLOBAL and Suzhou Industrial Park Human Resources Development Co., Ltd. , represents an important step in advancing international talent cooperation.

The partnership will further strengthen resource connectivity among Suzhou, Hong Kong and Singapore, creating new momentum for deeper China–Singapore collaboration.

On 16 June, SIG GLOBAL and Suzhou Industrial Park Human Resources Development Co., Ltd. officially signed the MOU on the Suzhou–Hong Kong–Singapore International Talent Exchange and Cooperation Platform in Singapore.

Leveraging the complementary strengths and resources of Suzhou, Hong Kong and Singapore, both parties will jointly develop an international talent exchange and cooperation platform. The signing received strong support from relevant leaders of Suzhou and Suzhou Industrial Park. Representatives from the Suzhou Municipal State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission, the Suzhou Municipal Government Research Office, the SIP Finance and Audit Bureau, Suzhou State-owned Capital Investment Group, and Suzhou Industrial Park Human Resources Development Co., Ltd. attended and witnessed the signing ceremony.
