Requirements for Business Entity

The business must be venture-backed or own innovative technology, including:

• • Fundraising from government investment tools, venture capitalists, corporate investors, family offices, or angel investors.
  • Development, production, or commercialization of tech products, services, or platforms.
  • Holding patents registered with a recognized IP authority.
  • Ongoing research collaboration with research institutions.

• • Minimum requirement is a fixed monthly salary of SGD 30,000, along with either a minimum one-year tenure at a reputable overseas company or future employment at a reputable Singapore company. (Company valuation must be at least USD 500 million, or annual revenue of at least USD 200 million.)
