Another fruitful year has passed, and a new journey begins with renewed momentum.

On April 17, SIG GLOBAL successfully held the 2025 Annual Gala for its China regional companies. Centered around the theme “United as One, Moving Forward Together”, the event brought together Guan Xinxin, Founder and COO of SIG GLOBAL, Wang Rixin, Founder and CEO of  SIG GLOBAL, along with the management team and all employees to reflect on the achievements of 2025 and look ahead to the exciting journey of 2026.

More than just a year-end summary and awards ceremony, this annual gala was also a warm and memorable gathering for every member of the SIG family.

Reflecting on Growth, Looking Toward the Future

 

 

The event officially began in a lively and welcoming atmosphere.

Ms. Guan first took the stage to deliver the opening speech. She expressed her sincere gratitude to all employees for their hard work and dedication throughout the past year, and highly praised the team’s outstanding performance in business development, client service, and cross-department collaboration.

She noted that 2025 was a year filled with both challenges and breakthroughs—a crucial year in which SIG continued to strengthen its foundation and move forward steadily. Facing new market opportunities and future development directions, she encouraged everyone to stay true to their original aspirations, maintain confidence, and execute with greater efficiency as they embrace the new challenges of 2026.

 

 

Following her speech, Bonnie from the President’s Office presented the company’s annual development review and shared insights into new business prospects. From business growth and team development to regional collaboration and future strategic planning, every milestone reflected the dedication and persistence of the SIG team, further strengthening everyone’s confidence in the company’s future.

 

 

Edward from the Asia-Pacific Business Department and Cherry from the Customer Service Department also took the stage to share their personal experiences and growth stories at SIG. Their heartfelt reflections deeply moved and inspired everyone present.

 

A Moment of Honor: Celebrating Excellence

One of the most anticipated parts of the annual gala was the awards ceremony.

 

 

Ms. Guan and Mr. Wang presented the Top Sales Performer Award and the Long-Term Contribution Award, recognizing outstanding colleagues who consistently created value and demonstrated exceptional performance throughout the year.

Behind every honor lies countless days and nights of dedication and hard work. Every round of applause was the highest tribute to those who strive relentlessly.

Raising a Glass to New Beginnings

Following the awards ceremony came the symbolic champagne-opening session.

Ms. Guan, Mr. Wang, and the award-winning representatives took the stage together to pop the champagne amid enthusiastic applause from the audience. Everyone raised their glasses to celebrate the achievements of the past year and to send their best wishes for the exciting new journey ahead.

With cheers and laughter filling the room, the SIG 2025 Annual Gala Dinner officially began.

 

 

In a relaxed and joyful atmosphere, everyone enjoyed delicious food while employee activity videos and photos were played on screen. Familiar smiling faces and unforgettable moments allowed everyone to relive the warm memories that defined the year at SIG.

 

Fun and Games: Igniting the Energy of the Night

An annual gala would not be complete without laughter, games, and surprises.

During the interactive session, employees enthusiastically participated in games such as “How Much Do You Know About SIG?” quick-response quiz and “Who’s the Undercover? – SIG Professional Edition.” The atmosphere grew increasingly lively as laughter echoed throughout the venue.

 

 

Whether it was testing knowledge, speed, acting skills, or teamwork, every participant demonstrated incredible energy, strong collaboration, and true team spirit.

The following lucky draw session, themed “Dreams Set Sail, Growing Together with SIG”, pushed the excitement to its peak. Continuous surprises and lucky moments had everyone saying, “This is exactly what an annual gala should feel like!”

 

Charity Auction: Where Fun Meets Warmth

A special highlight of this year’s gala was the creative “Charity Auction – SIG Employee Skills Challenge.”

 

 

A variety of exciting prizes were presented one after another, and everyone enthusiastically joined the fun through lively bidding. The atmosphere was both intense and joyful, with cheers and laughter filling the room.

More than just an auction, it became a unique team-building challenge that brought colleagues even closer together through relaxed and meaningful interaction.

 

Together Toward a Better 2026

As the event drew to a close, all employees from the China region gathered in front of the stage for the annual group photo, capturing this warm and beautiful moment shared by the entire SIG family.
