As a venue-based entertainment business, reliable local payment acceptance was essential to its daily operations, particularly for walk-in and pre-booked customers.

The client did not have an effective local payment collection setup. Without a Singapore corporate bank account and on-site card payment facility, the business had limited payment options and risked losing customers who preferred card, contactless, or e-wallet payments.
